The Zoe Napier Group confirms that they will not prefer one purchaser above another solely because he/she has agreed to accept the offer of any other service through The Zoe Napier Group, especially where referral fees are accepted. The referral fees are set out below.
The Zoe Napier Group may accept gratuities from some of the companies that choose to advertise in their bi-annual in-house magazine. These advertising fees range from £300 to £1000 per year.
The third-party services that The Zoe Napier Group recommends will set out their own terms of business with a client, prior to carrying out any work.
Preferred Solicitors
Our preferred solicitors will pay The Zoe Napier Group a referral fee of up to £500 upon completion. This fee is shared out of our preferred solicitors’ commission fees and therefore should not otherwise affect the consumer.
Preferred Independent Mortgage Broker
Our preferred independent mortgage broker will pay The Zoe Napier Group a referral fee of up to £500 for a successful mortgage referral. This fee is shared out of our preferred broker’s standard commission fees and therefore should not otherwise affect the consumer.
Our Preferred Removal Services
Our preferred removal services will pay The Zoe Napier Group a referral fee of £250 for their appointment to provide relevant packing, removal and/or storage services. This fee will not affect the quotation provided to the customer and the services provided on our behalf will be to our concierge standards.
Other Services for Sellers
The Energy Performance Certificates, floor plans, and photography are commissioned on behalf of the seller, who may pay upfront for these services.
Anti-Money Laundering Checks
Anti Money Laundering checks are a legal requirement, and we are required to conduct thorough checks. The Zoe Napier Group is partnered with Lifetime Legal who operate these checks prior to a property going onto the market and prior to a buyer proceeding to purchase. A charge of £85 including VAT is made through Lifetime Legal directly with the buyers or sellers. This is a one-off fee and covers multiple buyers or sellers involved in the transaction. Seller and Buyer protection is included, allowing the buyer to claim up to £1850.00, the seller up to £720 or £2570.00 for both should the transaction fail to proceed through no fault of their own.
